REBATE 8% ON BASIC PRICE
   
At the time of registration 10% of BP
Within one month of registration 85% of BP + EDC + PLC + Parking
On final notice of possession 5% of BP + Stamp Duty Charges & other charges as applicable
 
CONSTRUCTION LINKED INSTALLMENT
PLAN 'B'
 
At the time of registration 10% + 25% of EDC
Within 3 months of registration 10% + 25% of EDC
Within 6 months of registration 10% + 25% of EDC
* On completion of foundation 5% + 25% of EDC
On casting of 2nd floor roof 5% + Parking
On casting of 4th floor roof 5%
On casting of 6th floor roof 5%
On casting of 8th floor roof 5%
On casting of 10th floor roof 5%
On casting of 12th floor roof 5%
On casting of 14th floor roof 5%
On casting of top floor roof 5%
On completion of masonry work within apartment 5%
On completion of internal plaster within apartment 5%

  • Interest Bearing Maintenance Security(IBMS): (Price available on request) per sq.ft.
  • Club Membership: (Price available on request) compulsory.
  • The Company would pay charges to the allottee @ (Price available on request) per sq. ft. per month for any delay attributeable to the inability of the company in the handling over possession of the apartment beyond the committed date of Ist June 2005(Tower B-1). Similarly, the customer would also be liable to pay holding charges @ (Price available on request) per sq. ft. per month if the customer fails to take possession within 30 days from date of issuance of the notice of possession.
  • No extra charges except on account of additional fire safety norms or enhanced EDC. Charges, as stipulated by any Government Agency.
