Note :
  • Prices are firm and escalation free and subject to revision / withdrawal without notice at the sole discretion of the company.
  • One car parking along with an apartment is essential either open / covered.
  • Interest Bearing Maintenance Security (IBMS) is payable at the time of possession which would carry interest at applicable rates from the date of occupation certificate.
  • Registration / stamp duty charges / legal expenses would be charged at the time of possession @ 13% approximately based on current prevailing rates.
  • The company would pay a penalty to its customers (Price available on request) per sq. ft. per month for any delay in handing over the apartment beyond the committed time of 2 ½ years. Similarly, the customer would be liable to pay holding charges (Price available on request) per sq. ft. per month if he fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of issue of occupation certificate.
  • EDC are levied (Price available on request) per sq. ft. as per the current prevailing rates of Govt. of Haryana. Any upward revision on the same would be charged on a pro rata basis.

Note:
1. Prices are subject to revision/withdrawal at any time without any notice at the sole discretion of the company.
2. The above prices includes the cost of Electric Service Connection Charges, Electricsubstation in accordance with the current standards.
3. External Development Charges (EDC)is levied by the Director, Town & Country Planning, Govt. of Haryana, will be charged extra. The present charges worked out to be (Price available on request) per sq.ft.
4. The above prices are escalation free.
5. Possession willbe handed over within a period of 18-24 months from the date of allotment.
