- Prices
are firm and escalation free and subject to revision
/ withdrawal without notice at the sole discretion

car parking along with an apartment is essential
either open / covered.

- Interest
Bearing Maintenance Security (IBMS) is payable at
the time of possession which would carry interest
at applicable rates from the date of occupation
certificate.

- Registration / stamp duty charges / legal expenses
would be charged at the time of possession @ 13%
approximately based on current prevailing rates.

- The
company would pay a penalty to its customers @ Rs.
5 per sq. ft. per month for any delay in handing
over the apartment beyond the committed time of
2 ½ years. Similarly, the customer would be liable
to pay holding charges @ Rs. 5 per sq. ft. per month
if he fails to take possession within 30 days from
the date of issue of occupation certificate.

- EDC
are levied @ Rs. 65 per sq. ft. as per the current
prevailing rates of Govt. of Haryana. Any upward
revision on the same would be charged on a pro rata
basis.
