*    Balance 90% of Government Charges are payable in installments as elaborated in the Plot Buyers’ Agreement, and the balance to be completed with other payments payable on “Offer of Possession”.

1. Subvention Payment Plan will be offered by the Bank, subject to Applicant(s) being eligible for the same as per the Bank's criteria.

2. Prices and Payment Plan indicated above are w.e.f. 29.11.2010 and are subject to revision from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company.

3. Service Tax/ any other tax, If applicable, would be payable by the customer as per demand.

4. Government Charges include External Development Charges, Infrastructure Development Charges, Infrastructure Augmentation Charges, any other charges.

*Balance 90% of Government Charges are payable in installments as elaborated in the Plot Buyers's Agreement, i.e. 10% of Govt. charges within 30 days of booking and balance in installments, as elaborated in the "Agreement", and to be completed with other payments payable "On offer of Possession".
