Bearing Maintenance Security (IBMS) is payable at
the time of possession which would carry interest
at applicable rates from the date of occupation
certificate.

company would pay a penalty to its customers (Price

any delay in handing over the apartment beyond the
committed time of 2 ½ years. Similarly, the customer
would be liable to pay holding charges (Price available
on request) per sq. ft. per month if he fails to
take possession within 30 days from the date of
issue of occupation certificate.

- EDC
are levied (Price available on request) per sq.
ft. as per the current prevailing rates of Govt.
of Haryana. Any upward revision on the same would
be charged on a pro rata basis.
